Hi, I’m Kielo—personal trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. Originally from Apple Valley, Minnesota, I bring over 5 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness. I’m certified in PT and nutrition through NASM, hold a Level 1 Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition, and am certified in pre and postnatal training.
As a former collegiate track athlete specializing in sprints, I understand firsthand the dedication, focus, and discipline required to perform at your best. I believe in empowering others to thrive—physically, mentally, and spiritually—through personalized support, expert guidance, and faith-driven encouragement. My mission is to help you move with purpose, live with intention, and feel your best from the inside out.
My testimony.
At just 20 years old, I faced one of the most painful moments of my life—the loss of my father. His passing left a deep void and sent me into a whirlwind of grief. In that darkness, I entered a domestic violence relationship that lasted far too long. I lost sight of who I was—trapped in pain, chaos, and hopelessness.
But even in the depths, God met me. He reminded me of my strength, my worth, and His deep love for me. With His help, I found the courage to walk away from that relationship and begin a journey of healing.
It was during this time that I encountered Christ in a way I never had before. He became my refuge—guiding me through grief and brokenness. I began to see myself through His eyes: not defined by my past, but by His grace. That realization sparked a desire to care for myself as His creation, body and soul.
Fitness became a vital part of that healing. Each workout became more than just physical—it became worship. Moving my body was a way to honor the One who gave me life. Taking care of my health became an act of gratitude, and through that, I began to reclaim both my strength and my joy.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. I want you to know: you are not alone. No matter what you’ve been through, there is hope. Healing is possible. Christ turned my pain into purpose and I stand here today as a testament to His restorative power—and if He did it for me, He can do it for you too.
Let’s honor our bodies, renew our minds, and walk boldly in the healing and love of our Creator.
